St. Benedict Classical Academy is dedicated to ensuring that every prospective family is fully introduced to our school’s unique mission and that we become fully introduced to your family. The goal of our admission application process is to discern, in partnership with parents, whether SBCA is the right partner for themselves and for their child/ren. We provide an overview of the Admissions process below for your reference, and we encourage you to reach out to us at 508-950-1900 to learn more.

A RavenWeb account is necessary to schedule and interview and complete our application. When you create an account on RavenWeb we will include you in our email list and inform you of upcoming Admission events and deadlines.

Completing our Request Information Inquiry Form is the first step in the admissions process, and will enable us to be in touch with you.

Attend our admission events

Join us for our Early Learning Open House on Saturday, November 2nd, from 9:00 AM to Noon and our K-8 Open House on Saturday, November 16th, 2024 from 12:30 to 3:30 PM.

Complete your online application

All applications should be completed and submitted online through RavenWeb by the February 1st deadline. In addition to the online application form, the following are also required to complete the application process:

  • Parent interview
  • Student in-school visit
  • Copy of each student’s transcript and/or most recent two grade reports (for all students entering Grades 1-8)
  • Copy of each student’s most recent two standardized test scores (for all students entering Grades 3-8)

Application deadline: February 1st

Application Fee: $50 (Payable online through RavenWeb)

Apply for tuition assistance (optional)

Applicants applying for tuition assistance should submit their applications through Blackbaud Financial Aid Management using the school code: 14332. Families seeking tuition assistance are encouraged to begin the online application process as soon as possible. Scholarship awards will be determined in late February/early March, and then on a rolling basis, as funding permits.

Families already enrolled at SBCA are asked to complete their applications by Friday, January 17th, 2025.
New families applying to SBCA are asked to complete their applications by Saturday, February 1st, 2025.

Notifications & Decisions

Once you have been informed of your student(s) acceptance, should you choose to enroll, you will be asked to sign an Enrollment Contract and make a $500 nonrefundable deposit to secure your student(s) place in their class. You will then be asked to complete the enrollment process online through your RavenWeb account.

  • All admission decisions will be announced on Monday, March 10th.
  • Enrollment contracts are due by Monday, March 24th.
