The goal of our admission application process is to discern, in partnership with parents, whether SBCA is the right partner for themselves and for their child/ren. A RavenWeb account is necessary to schedule and interview and complete our application. When you create an account on RavenWeb we will include you in our email list and inform you of upcoming Admission events and deadlines.
Completing our Request Information Inquiry Form is the first step in the admissions process, and will enable us to be in touch with you.
Attend our admission events
Join us for our Open House on October 21st, and our Coffee & Curriculum event on January 20th.
Complete your online application
All applications should be completed and submitted online through RavenWeb by the February 1st deadline. In addition to the online application form, the following are also required to complete the application process:
- Parent interview & student day visit/assessment
- Copy of each student’s transcript and/or report card (for all students entering Grade 1-6)
- Copy of each student’s most recent standardized test scores (for all students entering Grade 3-6)

Apply for tuition assistance (optional)
Applicants applying for tuition assistance should submit their applications through Blackbaud Financial Aid Management using the school code: 14332. Families seeking tuition assistance are encouraged to begin the online application process as soon as possible. Scholarship awards will be determined in late February/early March, and then on a rolling basis, as funding permits.
Our Tuition Assistance Application deadline is January 19th, 2024.
Notifications & Decisions
Once you have been informed of your student(s) acceptance, should you choose to enroll, you will be asked to sign a Tuition Agreement and make a $500 nonrefundable deposit to secure your student(s) place in the class. You will then be asked to complete the registration process online through your RavenWeb account.
- All admission decisions will be announced on March 8th.
- Enrollment contracts are due by March 22nd.
